Digital  marketing  is  a  marketing  of  products  and  services  digitally  in  order  to  reach  more  customer.  The  purpose of digital marketing is to promote brands through any kind of digital media. Based on the research journal performed by  Yasmin  et  al.  [2],  there  are  various  kinds  of  element  in  digital   marketing.   Interestingly,   every   channel   of   digital   marketing  is  positively  related  to  sales  increase,  which  have  ranked  e-mail  marketing  as  the  first,  followed  by  online  marketing,   text   marketing,   social   media   and   affiliated   marketing [3]. Meanwhile, this study also found that the user motivation primarily engaged with product service as digital marketing namely 24\/7 shopping, stay updated, enable instant purchase,   share   content,   easy   comparison   with   others,   apparent  pricing,  clear  information  and  greater  engagement  respectively.   As   commercial   sales   is   the   ultimate   goal,   measuring consumer commitment should be executed with a complete review to identify the consumer intentions to buy in the e-commerce environment [4]. In  fact,  the  study  reported  that  28%  of  users  are  tracking  brand digital media to make updates on the application, while 40%  want  to  stay  update  with  the  launch  of  a  new  product,  then  12%  want  to  ask  the  questions  and  feedback  and  20%  want  to  enter  the  competition  [5]  [7].  Marketing  agents  use  every  spectrum  of  personal  values  and  feelings  to  better  influence   potential   clients   who   have   seen   almost   every   possible miracle of today&#8217;s marketing [6]. In term of the user acceptance,   it   can   be   classified   as   skeptical,   enthusiast,   utilitarian  and  parsimonious  with  the  issues  of  privacy  and  misleading  of  information  of  digital  marketing  become  the  highest  concern  [8].  All  kinds  of  digital  marketing  can  be  operated through electronic device which are connected to the internet  with  the  type  of  digital  marketing  that  are  mostly  implemented are as follows <a href=\"https:\/\/arudhrainnovations.com\/\">Arudhra Innovations<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Creativity  is  used  by  many  companies  to  produce  or  establish  something  in  order  to  have  an  economic  value  for  their   costumer.   This   economic   value   will   impact   their   costumer  to  purchase  their  products  or  services.  It  is  certain  that  companies  have  to  advertise  their  products  or  services  before  their  costumer  can  purchase  them.  Marketing  is  a  necessary  way  for  companies  to  let  their  costumer  knows  about their products or services. A traditional way to market a product  is  to  create  and  spread  brochures  or  pamphlet  to  the  public.   Therefore,   these   brochures   will   attract   potential   costumer   to   purchase   the   product   while   the   traditional   approach will only reach nearby costumer where the company is located, when in fact it is possible for companies to expand their reach to gain more potential costumer outside the area. Marketing  is  relationship  management  with  customer  which has two goals that are equally achievable. Marketing is also  engaging  new  customer  to  gain  bonus  income  and  increasing existing customer by keeping the satisfactory level. When marketing a product to a customer, companies need to have  well  aware  processes.  If  one  process  is  not  performing  well  then  it  will  not  achieve  the  goal.  Kotler  and  Armstrong  believe  that  ideally  every  company  must  go  through  five  processes of marketing. Initially, companies must understand its potential customer routine and behavior. Then, they need to  arrange  appropriate  marketing  strategy  for  their  potential  customer. Third, they must determine their customer values. Fourth, they must form a relationship with their new costumer. Ultimately, companies have to maintain but also increase their existing  customer  by  raising  customer  satisfaction  through  bonus and merchandise. Companies  may  choose  to  reach  their  costumer  with  brochures, but this will increase the marketing cost. Another option  for  companies  is  by  using  social  media  as  a  tool  for  their   digital   marketing.   With   the   help   of   social   media,companies  will  definitely  achieve  more  potential  customers  that  correspond  with  their  specified  criteria.  These  potential  customers can receive more information through social media rather than another form of electronic or printed media. Thus, it is recommended for companies to use Instagram as their tool to reach their costumer. Its advantages compared to any social media  consist  of  more  diverse  photo  and  video  features,  expose follower and following, and more accessible among its user.  Actually,  it  is  also  capable  to  deliver  information  effectively than any media because it can publish an unlimited amount information and reach out more potential customers in conjunction with lower cost and time saving effort. Therefore,  this  kind  of  companies  have  struggle  to  gain  foothold  in  the  competitive  market  because  some of them produce kind of complex products or weird service that find difficulty in term of engagement with market entrance and targeted customer due to several reasons. One of primary reason is that most of them cannot establish proper marketing strategy and maintain the channel for communication in order to  raise  attractiveness  to  the  potential  customers.  The  purpose  of this study is aiming to investigate the effectiveness of digital marketing  in  a  start-up  company,  which  in  this  case  focus  on  social media platform of influencers and promoters <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> The    business    owners    generally    use    an    integrated    marketing  communications  by  electronic  means  to  connect  with   consumers   to   ensure   that   all   brand   messages   are   consistent  on  both  traditional  marketing  channels  as  well  as  non-traditional   ones   [4].   In   reality,   there   is   no   direct   relationship   between   consumer   purchase   decision,   brand   perception and online consumer marketing [9]. Furthermore, green  marketing  has  been  introduced  to  promote  product  service  to  the  market  due  to  environmental  opportunities,  social  responsibility,  government  and  competitive  pressure  and cost reduction [10]. For instances companies continue to introduce various forms of green packaging of programs that can  be  recycled  and  reused  for  recommendation  to  the  user,  which  has  been  increased  gradually  as  the  environmental  campaign  become  dominant  trend  [23].  Thus,  the  eco-label,  eco-friendly brand and environmental advertising are part of the   eco-marketing   tools   that   facilitate   perception   and   awareness of the features and aspects of eco-friendly products [10]  [23].  Therefore,  the  environmental  benefits  are  difficult  to measure or quantify, which some strategies are subject to manipulation.  Thus,  the  use  of  digital  marketing  should  consider   data   management   that   address   fragmented   data   ownership,   data   handling   and   data   culture,   even   hybrid   method [11] [12].
